Confirming your participation
Dear participant, You must finally confirm your participation latest on 17 June 2009! This is done by either sending us a copy of your travel ticket OR by paying half of the fee (95 euros) in advance.
If there is no confirmation by 17 June, we'll give your place to someone on the waiting list, which is very long.
Apart from this, please send the following information to your Incoming responsible Joonas:
- copy of your travel ticket OR receipt for bank transfer of at least half of the fee (90 euros)
- arrival and departure time
- copy of your health insurance if not EU/EEC resident
- information for visa invitation if you need one
- allergies, vegetarian or other special diets
