AEGEE-Helsinki's video projector & projection screen
AEGEE-Helsinki owns a video projector and a projection screen, which can each be borrowed by other student associations / students with a fee of 10€/day (together 15€/day). For longer borrowing periods, the total fee can be discussed separately.
To rent the projector and/or the screen please do the following:
1. Contact our IT-responsible for information about the availability of the equipment.
2. Download the equipment rental form (FIN / ENG).
3. Fill in the form and save it.
4. Either
a) send the filled form to our IT-responsible or …
b) print it and bring it with you when you pick up the equipment.
Once the date is set we will contact you asap about the actual time and location of the pick up.
NOTE! If you choose to pay via bank transfer please do so no later than 3 working days prior to the day of pick up. Also bring the payment receipt (pankkikuitti) with you!
