On this webpage you will find information about the cultural exchange held in Helsinki in January 2007. The title of our project is Working in Europe – Get Ready and Go! and it is funded by EU’s Youth Programme.
With more and more countries joining the EU Europe is integrating fast. This means more opportunities for career, studying and cultural exchange, but are young Europeans really aware of their possibilities? Are they getting the most of the enormous amount of new possibilities or does it all go to waste because of lack of knowledge?
Our cultural exchange goes deep into what it is like to work, study and live in other European countries. We help young people prepare themselves for work life in a new environment, and discuss the challenges it brings. We also encourage them to utilize these opportunities, helping them become more aware of their European citizenship and take part in the integration process
